If you are going to use web to buy ticket do not use WWW.cleartrip.com This site charges unusual cancellation charges and their customer support can make your heart ache. Their number 022- 41300 300 .. please try and if you get anywhere let me know Thur comment.
I called their support line and they are not easy to deal with. Even now I am on phone with their support line and listening standard " we are sorry , I love you stuff" "some one will come to give you a hug shortly".
My advice " Stay AWAY" and I would love to hear other viable options. I think direct airlines website booking is good idea as you need not pay EXTRA amount of cancellation charges. There will be only one cancellation charges and will have to deal with only one support. I am wasting my time after I have cancelled my ticket with Indigo and now trying to get that updated at cleartrip.com
Cancellation Charges :
Airlines : 700 Rs
Cleartip : 300 Rs
Why we need to pay 300 for nothing ? Please go and book directly thru airlines website and save money and headache.
